Refund policy

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. If there's an issue with a book you've purchased, we'll work with you to resolve it. Returns are generally subject to the following terms:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery if there are any unexpected issues, providing relevant details and photos.
• Once a return is authorized, securely package and insure the book for return shipping.
• Upon safe return and inspection, if there are no additional issues, we'll refund the purchase price.
• For returns due to reasons other than condition issues, a restocking fee may apply.
